We hear women and moms more often than not discussing how dissatisfied they are with the direction that their lives are taking. Most people don’t realize how many times we are at a crossroad and presented with the opportunity to follow a new path. It’s a sad reality that most people have become slaves to their circumstances, trapped in jobs that are not rewarding. They are left starving emotionally, spiritually and financially.
Moms are in a constant struggle to find balance between the desire to raise a family, be there for their children and still contribute financially. In talking with most moms, we find that they are spread thin, exhausted, and overwhelmed.
But what we also see is the potential to be more, to give more, a flicker of hope quietly glowing inside of them. We all share the hope that we can create a better life for ourselves and our children all while making a difference for others.
Please don’t let self doubt get in the way of your personal dreams. Don’t let the hope that you have die out. You CAN create a better life for yourself and your children. You CAN make a difference for others. Life CAN be easier.
When we begin to believe in ourselves and begin to tap into the desires that we have, we can begin to pursue a better life. Our perspective changes and we begin to notice those moments when we are at a crossroad and maybe, just maybe decide to take a leap of faith and start making those changes that we have been longing for.
If you were to stop and make a self assessment, I bet you would see that you ARE ambitious, caring, energetic, and passionate. You are just in a position or job that has not allowed you to see your full potential. To be fully appreciated for the skills that you have.
